Fully furnished, recent construction (2018), upstairs unit with ocean views and a short walk to the Pismo Beach boardwalk, Pier Plaza, and the Pacific Ocean. Plus all the wonderful restaurants and shopping that Downtown Pismo Beach has to offer. 2 Full-Size Beds in the bedroom. Kitchen has everything but an oven or dishwasher. There is a shared gas BBQ. Wi-Fi included, Flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom with digital cable service. 1 off-street parking space, no garage. Washer/Dryer on site, shared with another unit. Length of stay negotiable, but 3-12 months preferred. Absolutely no smoking of any kind on premises, City of Pismo Beach is a smoke-free city and smoking in public is banned and a finable offense. Service animals welcome, otherwise very sorry but no pets. Pro-rated rent for the move-in month, one additional full month of rent, security deposit of 1 month's rent for leases of 6+ months (more deposit will be required for longer stays and can be negotiated down for shorter stays), non-refundable cleaning fee of $250, application fee of $49 per adult (18+) if CVR has to run a credit report (application fee can be waived for those who provide their own copy of a current credit report). EV charging is prohibited. Utilities are included but capped at a total of $100 per month for all utilities combined. Basic cable and WiFi provided. Showings can be setup through the Coastal Vacation Rentals office, but are subject to unit availability (we are renting it as a short term rental until we have a long-term tenant). The office is open 7 days a week 9am to 5pm, keys must be picked up by 4pm and returned before the office closes at 5pm.
