No pets are allowed, smoking is permitted, no evictions ever, no violent record. $60 non-refundable background/employment verification check. $2,000 due at lease signing to move in ($1000 Deposit, $1000 first month rent). Must submit ID and 2 recent paystubs, employment will be verified. $60 background will be credited to towards the first month rent if approved.
