2. Given the extended duration of Tenant's stay, a monthly refresh and light cleaning will be necessary. This will be provided by our team as a courtesy to Tenant without any additional fees.
3. Loft Lv8 is a fully furnished unit. Tenant is welcome to bring small furniture and supplemental supplies to the property for Tenant's use and enjoyment during Tenant's stay. Any items that Tenant brings to the
property must be removed from the property upon Tenant's departure. Tenant must ensure that such small furniture and supplemental supplies do not cause any damage to the property or its current furnishings/belongings when placed in use.
