Ft. guest suite, comprised of 2 rooms plus a kitchen and bath, and garage are contiguous with the home via a breezeway. The spa area has its own wooden deck/lanai, and is covered by a gazebo. Neighborhood Description There are more than 100 beach homes north and south of us. We have met many of these families, and the ones we have met are, without exception, wonderful families to have as neighbors.
