There are still some outstanding final cleanup activities - Fresh coat of paint, deep cleaning, backyard cleanup, etc. Owner pays for swimming pool weekly maintenance. Gardening service paid till June, I will leave it up to the renters discretion after that. Renter is responsible for Water, PG&E and Garbage services. No smoking is allowed but small pets allowed with approval and pet deposit. Garage has a 240 volt charger, plenty of parking inside/outside the house.
