This is a fully furnished rental and we accept as short as 1-month lease which can go up to 2 years. Security deposit is subject to property and furnisher condition. No parties or loud noise allowed. Smoking is prohibited. Pets are not allowed even though we love all pets. Access to the washer/dryer room is shared with the owner, who lives in separate lower unit. You will have full access to the unit, front patio, and front yard. You can share the backyard with the owners on agreed terms. The owner pays all utilities including wifi. Tenat is responsible for maintaining their property neatness and dispose their garbage into the garbage bin regularly. The owner will take care of weekly garbage bin handling.
