It is located in the derby schools district and very close to McConnell AFB and is still only about 15 minutes from Wichita! Lease is for one (1) year minimum with option to renew at end of lease. Landlord is responsible for lawn care. A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed but for a one-time, nonrefundable fee of $200 throughout tenant's stay.
