New home built in 2015. We (the owners) have hit some hard times and have been unable to find employment that pays enough to cover our mortgage. We are considering renting our main home while we live in a tiny home in the back yard. The back would be a shared space, and the home would be partially furnished (some things are too heavy/attached to move, like the 85" TV). This would be for a somewhat limited time frame. Almost certainly less than 2 years. As our situation changes, we would work together on timelines. We are pretty open to negotiation. Lets talk!
