The location is very close to the following suburbs: Champlin, Coon Rapids, Anoka, Blaine, Brooklyn Center, Maple Grove, Osseo, Fridley and Spring Lake Park. It is also very close to most of the community colleges like North Hennepin and Anoka Ramsey. Easy freeway access, close to Cub Foods, LA Fitness, Caribou Coffee, Target Corporate, etc. The house has normal amenities like air conditioning, a dish washer, a deck and a garage. The pictures are of the rooms for rent in basement. I'm looking for a couple or Male/Female roommates who know how to be respectful, are law abiding, trustworthy, relatively quiet and fairly clean. I am a professional who travels for work and pretty low key. House is non-smoking, non-drug-using and social drinking but will never be a party house. Guests can be okay as long as they're adults, boundaries are respected and quiet times during the week are kept in mind. No pets and outside smoking might be okay but a nonsmoker is strongly preferred. I would prefer to rent the whole basement; 2 rooms, living area and has its own bathroom & laundry and is available Sept 1, 2016.. The total space of the lower level area is 1,500 sq, ft...equivalent to a very large apartment or townhouse. This would also be ideal for anyone who would like to rent out both bedrooms for privacy, extra space, and to have 2 bathrooms all to themselves. But this could also work for two friends who are looking for an apartment together but would like a larger and nicer living area. Priority consideration will be given to individuals who would like to rent both rooms together. The basement also has private entrance/exist as well. I'm looking for $700/month for each room or $1400 for both rooms plus a $700 security deposit for one room or $1400 for both. Lease can be month to month with one month notice to evacuate or we can sign a six month lease as well. All utilities are included including high speed wireless internet & HBO.
