We completely renovated this lovely midtown home as our primary residence, pouring a lot of love and effort into it. We were very energy efficient minded so we installed brand new high efficiency HVAC and Water Heater (but made sure we never ran out of hot). We also insulated the entire house so energy bills averaged $100/month even in the hottest months. This is probably due to the new Sierra Pacific windows that we installed, as well. Last but not least we added High end stainless steel appliances and completely renovated the bathroom. The rental includes twice annual free maintenance and brand new Samsung Washer and Dryer! Quiet and very safe neighborhood (Sheriff lives next door) with easy access to highways and only a 7 minute drive to the Gathering place. Utilities not included but very low payments due to high efficiency appliances, new windows, and significant insulation. No smoking inside. Pets are welcome, but we will charge for any damage that they cause. We love animals but I always tell our renters that you know your pet better than I do!
