If you have pets the pet despot is $150 and pet fee is $45 extra a month. Tenant will be in charge of all utilities including trash. We do require proof of income BEFORE seeing the property. Income MUST be 3x the monthly rent. Once we have proof of income we will schedule a walk through. After walk through if you are still interested we will move forward to the screening process which will cost $40, this is a credit and background check. Applicants with any evictions or felonies within the last 5 years will not be accepted. First months rent and security deposit ($650) are required to move in.
