Owner pays water, sewer, and trash removal. The tenant is responsible for electric and must transfer the electric into their own name upon signing a lease. The term is annual, and the landlord requires a two-month deposit. There is one parking spot that is included in rent only if the tenant owns a car. Parking is assigned, and there are just enough for the residents. Guests MUST park down the street in our public parking lot. No smoking allowed. There is a $500 penalty for any smoking violation. All maintenance issues must be reported promptly, or the tenant must pay damages for the delayed report.
