We have 3 floors in our townhouse. First floor has a one car garage with storage on one side and an elavated area in the back large enough for a work shop and a studio or a bonus room. The front has a door and an electric garage door a window to the side. The back is on an elivated pad with French doors leading out to a deck. The second floor is open from the living room, kitchen and dining areas with sunlight flooding in from the French doors in the front and back and windows along the right side and the oval of glass in the front door. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances (July 2017), Corian counters, breakfast bar, oak cabinets and tile floors throughout the entire room. The left side has a half bath and small utility room with water heater. There are beautiful island and water views from both the dining, kitchen, and living areas. The doors open out to balconies, front and back. The back balcony has an electric sunbrella awning with a remote inside the living area of our home and a nice feature that rolls up the awning during high wind storms automatically. A newly carpeted stairway goes up to the third floor with a landing large enough for a desk, computer and bookshelves and hallway for enclosed washer and dryer. The floors have recently been renovated with water resistant laminate. The bedrooms are carpeted. The front bedroom is sunny with sliding doors going out to a balcony and a high window to the right side. Although small it has a private bath with an octagonal window above the tub and small vanity with storage. The bed room and closet are small but a queen bed with small dresser and bedside table will fit. The master bedroom is a bit larger with a walk-in closet and room for a king bed with furniture. In the back, the view is spectacular through the sliding doors. There is a balcony through the sliding doorsperfect for morning coffee or sunset watching. The master bath has plenty of storage under the dual sink vanity but very little in the linen closet. No tub but a large glass enclosed shower with a high octagonal window for lots of light. The master is full of light with a high window on the right side of the room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as does the living room. All living spaces have 11ft. ceilings and are heated and cooled by two central systems. The same octagonal window is above the kitchen sink, a theme, I suppose! We have a stair lift on the front steps to the living area and a stair lift inside on stairs to the bedrooms.
