Those rooms are great to catch sunsets. The living room is a bit narrow though, if you have a small couch it will work, but if you have a sectional it's not going to fit in the living room. The front porch (in the first picture) is being ripped out this Spring/Summer along with the retaining wall. The whole front of the building will look gorgeous by Fall. As for the neighborhood and other tenants, the neighborhood is safe, very friendly, and within walking distance to parks, downtown, public transportation. All tenants in the building are professionals, quiet, get along well, and have dogs. We love dogs! We do have a pet fee of $250.00 for EACH pet when you move in, rent, security, and pet fees will be expected. Everything is included, so all you have to worry about is the internet, electricity, and gas for the gas stove and hot water which is cheap.
