Flooring Both the living room & bedroom have carpet and the kitchen has hardwood floor. NO Cats or SMOKERS of any product (due to allergies). A small dog however... I could make an exception for a pet deposit. The area where the front door is located is fully fenced/ gated in. This is a very nice quiet & friendly neighborhood. Plus it is a super nice area to walk dogs. The unit is posted as no pets, however depending on the type and size I would be willing to make an exception. Also since I work from home most days, I would be happy to let him/her outside if need be on the days when you have to go into work. I will need very occasional access to the basement unit to my back up food freezer. Location: The house is in a quiet friendly neighborhood. You will have a 1 minute walk to the bus stop (21 bus line) to/from downtown. If you will be working at one of the many hospitals on First Hill, I am 10-12 miles from them and 30-40 min commute via car depending on lights and traffic. There is a 4-7 min drive to Safeway, QFC, Rite Aid, Target, banks, USPS office, 24 hr Fitness all at Westwood Village. That is also an excellent location for buses to Downtown Seattle & Burien. There is a wealth of leisure activities, shopping locally as well as retail mall, dining within 2-10 miles radius. (Westwood Village or Burien) 2.5 miles from a wonderful park (Lincoln Park) with a view of the ferries, Puget Sound and wonderful nature walks all at Lincoln Park. The neighborhood: is quiet and safe for walking. Access to your needed work location: The West Seattle Bridge is BACK OPEN : } Now there are 2 ways in and out of West Seattle. In addition to the West Seattle bridge that is 4.2 miles from the house, you also have close & easy access to 509/99/1st Ave S Bridge /I-5 to downtown Seattle Lease periods are for 90 days at a time.
