Our house was built in 2018 and the ADU was completed and first rented in 2020 (we have only had one tenant). The space is a daylight basement with several windows and plenty of light (both natural and artificial). Our house is east facing, so you will get the benefit of direct sunlight in the mornings. Month to month lease so no long term commitment needed. All utilities included in rent price (electric, gas, water, garbage, high speed WiFi internet).
