The house is centrally located at New Hampshire Ave and Park Road. It's just a 2-block walk to the Georgia Ave-Petworth metro and less than a 10-minute walk to the Columbia Heights metro. You'll be around the corner from the 11th St corridor (The Coupe, Room 11, etc.) and a quick 5-minute walk from the 14th St corridor (Target, Lidl, Giant, etc.). The walk score is 98.

The requirements to apply are a minimum credit score of 650 and 2.5-3x the monthly rent in take-home pay each month.
