We have A/C and heater unit all around the house, parking on the street, and there is a park across the neighborhood. Kitchen is shared, and space will be provided. We are looking to match with a working professional or student, preferably a female, who is low maintenance, cleans up after themselves, stays organized, has stability, keeps themselves busy and takes care of the rented room.
