    What's special

    This is a Farm with two houses on it. The house on the right was built in 2014 and has no mechanicals in it. The Blue house had a new septic system when they bought it and it is still there for someone to reconnect to, there is FREE gas on the property and it is piped to the house, it needs to be brought into the house. The electric meter is gone but the seller said that he has not cut any wires, you would need to have it inspected and have the power turned back on. The water lines have been modified a little bit and the plumbing lines have not really been modified and are all still there. Both homes heat from the wood stoves in the kitchen and the seller will leave them. The outhouse that is currently used will be removed and there is an ice house by the barn that the seller will leave if the buyer wants it, otherwise they will take it down. The driveway is a deeded shared driveway. The seller says that the woods have 20-30,000 in timber value. A 203(k) rehab loan might work to help a buyer get the mechanicals back up and functioning.
