The property is zoned AG1, can be subdivided into one acre tracts, so says the county, and three building sites have been approved for the original building site that is close to the water and surrounded by huge live oaks and other native shrubs and trees. The place is gorgeous; worth seeing even if you do not buy it. Over four hundred feet on the water. Dolphin were forcing little fish up on the mud flats next to the dock when agent was there to take notes and owner says same thing was true when he looked at it before purchasing; must be their favorite fishing mud bank.
