3 bedroom 1 bath on 2.8 acres with a beautiful creek lining the back yard!! Also has a big shed a rock house a medium size shed and a lawnmower shed. We use a wood burner for heat but the gas tank is still in the yard for the old boiler system. It also has a water pump to the well so no water and sanitation bill but it's only a shark bite to change it back to city water!
