Common Areas & Exterior Maintenance: Tenant must keep hallways, stairs, and porch areas clear of personal belongings and debris. Garbage cans must be stored in the backyard except on the night before scheduled pickup. After collection, garbage cans must be promptly returned to the backyard. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the exterior areas in a clean and orderly manner.
