Tenants have access to a full size washer and dryer in the attached owner's garage. Street parking only, but located conveniently just in front of the property. Large flat-screen TV's in both the bedroom and the living room. Digital cable service is available for tenant purchase and wireless internet included. Small dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. 100% non-smoking property. Available 2/1/2023, recent bathroom remodel not pictured. Longer terms preferred (3+months). Minimum stay of 1-month due to zoning regulations. Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $30 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you. Utilities included (capped), WiFi included. No cable. Pets require approval and are subject to additional rent, fees, and deposits upon approval. 100% no-smoking. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and $200 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit.
