A lovely 2 bed / 1 Bath flat, just East of south campus, and a quick walk to the Ohio Expo Center. The lease begins August 15th, 2025 and ends July 31st, 2026. Rent is due on the 15th of each month with a five-day grace period on payments until the 21st. If the account balance on the 21st is greater than $100 a late fee of $50 is charged. Tenants have the option to renew at any time. For the utilities, tenants are responsible for electric(AEP), water/sewer, gas(Columbia Gas) and any additional services such as internet, TV, and phone. An application fee of $30 per person is collected for a credit check. Credit checks do not consider medical or student loans. We check rental history with current and previous residences.
