You'll also have your own bathroom with a shower/tub. There's a laundry room on the same floor which will be shared. The rest of the shared spaces are a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room all on the first floor. As well as a patio. All fairly new and clean. 3-6 month lease to see if it's a good fit for both of us. Whatever is agreed upon. I would prefer 1st and last months rent up front. No smoking, drugs/alcoholics please
