Very comfortable living space located in the back of the building overlooking the shared but rarely used back yard space with big old pecan trees. Last tenants lived here for 7 years before relocating to Huston. The mostly young professional community keeps the feel vibrant. The location is elegantly close to everything (a short stroll to lake, Mozarts coffee shops and Hula Hut) but just off the beaten path. Two tenants of the building have told me lately that its their favorite place they've ever lived! Not fancy but charming. Central heating and cooling. Washer and dryer on site. Off street parking.
