We can keep all of our Apartments quiet and safe and the rents this low because we care about who we rent to just like you should care who your neighbors will be. We run a background check on all tenants for credit and criminal history so there is a $40 application fee. Sorry but we won't rent to anyone with a felony conviction. I can only rent to someone who has one car in the family due to limited parking.
