I have an unfurnished large room for rent available July 4th. Your rent will be prorated for the month of July depending on when you move in. You will be the third person living in the house, total three people sharing the home. We are two mid-30's male working professionals, quiet people, mostly keep to ourselves. Young working professionals preferred, NO SMOKERS, NO PETS. The house is a 10-minute drive (7 miles) from downtown Springs. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two big parks are a 5-minute walk away. -Carpeted, clean house, please don't wear shoes on the carpet. -Room is 12.5 x 12 feet with 7.5 foot ceiling, big window and large closet. -Home gym with power rack. -Use any equipment you want in the kitchen, provided you clean up after yourself. -You share the downstairs bathroom with one other person. -$650/month and $650 security deposit to move in; rent includes water, internet (gigabit wifi), and garbage. We split electric and gas three ways, in the Summer that averages to $35-50 per month, in the Winter it averages to $50-80 per month. -A/C system and forced air heating -no pets allowed -no smoking, no vaping anything inside the house -420 policy: do what you want outside, in the backyard etc., keep it smell-proof in the house. No smoking, no vaping indoors. -Laundry machines available, use HE (high efficiency) detergent only. -Street parking, there is plenty. -Quiet hours between 10pm - 8am unless we all agree on a social night. -Overnight guests allowed maximum one night per week. -Pick up after yourself, be respectful, no crazy parties, don't break anything.
