The house has a new Generac Generator that powers the entire house when there is an outage This house is pet friendly (with pre-approval). There is a fenced in yard. You'll love this home - it is very homey and comfortable. Beds have memory foam mattresses even the sofa bed. It's close to everything - Downtown Greensboro, Greensboro Coliseum, Aquatic Center, High Point Furniture Market, stores, trees, walking trails, parks. Outdoors there's a fire pit, lots of chairs, umbrella table, bean bag toss (aka cornhole) gas grill & more. LOCATION This home is less than 5 miles from downtown Greensboro, the Greensboro Coliseum, the Aquatic Center, Tennis courts and more. Nearby (less than 4 miles) is the Greensboro Science Center, Country Park with walking trails, paddle boats, tennis courts & more. We are 25 minutes from the High Point Furniture Market and 5 minutes from the Downtown Greensboro, the Aquatic Center and Coliseum. We are 1/2 mile from Fresh Market Food Store, Lowes, Wine Store, TJ Maxx, Ross and more.. SETTING AND PARKING The house is on a 3/4 acre wooded beautiful lot, away from neighbors. There is plenty of parking for up to 6 cars. You can park in the driveway or on the grass. OUTSIDE There is a propane grill, Plenty of Chairs, Fire-pit with Wood, Outdoor Lights on a Timer and a Gorgeous Garden that can be seen from the sun-room and dining room. SLEEPING There are 4 private sleeping areas/bedrooms with doors that close off to the rest of the house. There are 8 separate beds (2 additional can be added) in the house that could sleep up to 13-15people - There is 1 King Bed and 3 Queen Beds and 1 Queen Sofa Sleepers and 3-5 Twin Beds. All of the mattresses are memory foam mattresses. Most guests rave about how comfy and clean the beds are. All bedding sheets, pillows, quilts etc are included in your stay. ALL Mattresses are encased in Zippered Waterproof, Dust Mite, Bed Bug Proof, Hypoallergenic Breathable Protectors. All Pillows are encased in Dust Mite & Bed Bug Proof Pillow Protectors We have hosted work groups in this home for as long as 6 months. I can work with you on price, beds etc. I have also hosted sporting groups for the Greensboro Aquatic Center, Basketball Tournaments, Tennis Groups, High Point Furniture Market companies, families relocating, etc... House information: Entrance is via the side door, near the end of the driveway. Parking is anywhere on the paved driveway or on the grass. Keys: We have an electronic lock on the side door. CODE: Will be given to you after booking Enter the code and turn the knob counter clockwise to enter. To exit house lock the back and front doors exit through the side door pull door tight press the oval button turn know clockwise - wait for door to lock test knob should spin freely test door to make sure its locked. Check-in: 4:00 pm. Inspecting Home and Reporting When you arrive, please inspect the home for cleanliness. If ANYTHING is not acceptable, do not hesitate to call or message me. We are usually 5 minutes away. Guest Amenities Towels are in the bathroom at the end of the hall and in the master bedroom. Dining Room Dresser: You can use all the Tea, Coffee and stuff in the drawers and on top of dresser. One drawer has local travel brochures. Complimentary Coffee and Tea have been left for you. Tall Cabinet in Dining Room: Wine glasses, serving dishes, drawer with supplies you can use all. Kitchen: Fridge is empty except for condiments that you are welcome to use. There are many empty shelves in the cabinets for you to use. There are many spices that you are welcome to use too. Wifi - Network Name and Password are listed in the house. Information about the house is in the book on the dining room table. Checkout: 10 am. On the morning of your checkout please do the following: Bring all trash & recycles to the dumpsters located near the side door. Place all used towels on the floor in the bathrooms. Leave beds unmade. Please run dishwasher and return dishes, cups, and utensils to their proper cabinets and drawers. Full check-out list is in visitor information book and in the Guest Closet. If the food or trash odors are excessive there may be extra charges. There is an RV parked on the property. This is totally separate from the house rental. Guests stay there. Please do not disturb.
