This home is located in a wonderful neighborhood in a very good area of town. The elementary school is brand new and very close by (but not so close as to be a nuisance) as are the Middle School (just up the street) and the High School (about a quarter mile away.) There is also a wonderful church very nearby with a licensed preschool. The church hosts events for the surrounding community throughout the year like a summer vacation bible school, a 4th of July picnic in the park, and other things. It's a very warm and welcoming community.
