Looking for roommates who are mature, responsible, respectful, clean, and relaxed. Roommates in the past have typically fallen between the ages of 30-40 years old, guys or gals. Looking for the right fit for this 4 Bed, 3 Bath home located in Wheat Ridge, very close to Edgewater and Western Highlands. Minutes to I-70, a quick 5-10 min ride to LoDo, and on the Western edge of the Highlands. The home: Solar-Powered with battery back-up provides fixed electric bill and security for power outages. The living rooms and kitchen are completely furnished. A garage spot is available for an additional monthly amount. Plenty of street parking, you'll never have an issue finding a spot. Fenced in backyard with patio furniture and grill...great for BBQ's. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms and a good size kitchen. The basement has been recently redone, has 2 larger bedrooms, one of which is my primary bedroom. Lots of storage space in the garages (there's 2) for toys. Looking for roommates who is clean in the common areas, who doesn't smoke tobacco, cleans their own dishes, simple garbage/recycling, keeps the kitchen clean. Hoping to find respectful, working professionals who are ready to live with people who wouldn't ask for the above if they didn't have the same respect. If you have a significant other they are more than welcome to crash here as long as they are cool, and they're not over more than 50% of the time.
