    This is 160 acres inside Lolo national forest you will be surrounded by the national forest and montana state land. The main road is a gravel road which is maintained all year long so you can access the cabin. We have cleared a road onto the property that travels the entire property which you can drive a truck onto. The main entrance is gated to the property from a usf road. The cabin was built beside a creek to access water. There is no power, but we have install 6 solar panels system and generator. We have a 125 gallon propane tank we refill every 18 months or so. We have a propane heater and a wood stove inside the cabin. It was built using 2 containers there is 2 bedroom one with a queen size bed with a new mattress. The other has a queen been and a twin bed with new mattress. There is a deck on the main entrance, but not the rear entrance we haven't gotten to it yet. There's a kitchen with with a 2 burner propane and a refrigerator. There's a sink in the kitchen with a double tube and faucet. The cabin is all pipe for water to include pump, hot water propane heater, osmosis water purification system. Just need to get a holding tank and hook up to the water system. The bathroom is not finish, there a composting toilet that's hook up. The water lines are running but still needs a shower and vanity, the shower head and knob are there just need to be installed. Electric runs through out with outlets throughout. No doors have been installed for the bedrooms yet. There is a kit for a barn door for the bathroom but it's not installed yet. There's also 4 solar panel that are not installed yet. A complete system is available for the work shop to include batteries and lights, but need to be installed. There is 2 sofa in the living room brand new and seating bench for the kitchen with some chairs also available. This also comes with a F250 1995 with lift gate 1000 pounds 4x4 truck 91000 miles. Also a UTV ranger 800 4x4. A log spliter 13 ton brand new with 3 cords of wood cut. Also a regular atv 600. 2 generator a 4500 and 9000 watts. 125 pound air compressor and a Welder. Also included are about 40 piece of lumber most of them 6 inch wide by 8ft long. Includes 2 chain saw huasquava rancher 21 inch and a 12 inch saw. Also included are all the tools to many to mentioned but everything you need to work and build anything. Also there's a 12 ft trailer with 2 loading ramps for the UTV and ATV. We have been renting to campers for 2021 we rented 21 times and also lease 2 week for elk hunting. You can hunt elk, bear, mule deer, white tail, mountain Lion and small game. You will get land owner tags for deer. Property taxes are about 600$ per year. Propane about 225$ to fill up. 1995 Ford F-250 XL HD Reg.
