Home has been well maintained. The exterior was painted 6 years ago and the main living areas this spring. The carpets in the bedrooms and hall were replaced in April of 2017 The kitchen counters and sink have been replaced, the counters too. The bathroom sinks and faucets have been replaced as well. The furnace is brand new as of 2020. The yard is fenced on all sides and has a separating fence between the side yard and the back. It has an extra wide 2 car garage and there is room on the south side for an RV although this would replace the current garden area. The landscaping is mature with several large trees providing shade in the summer and color in the fall. The neighborhood is quiet but busy. Sublimity has two parks. Both have playgrounds and one has a Frisbee golf course and a 1/2 mile walking loop. Sublimity is a very nice little community with good schools, generous parks, and 10 minutes to Salem.
