Looking to build in Churubusco area, why pay $33-50,000 for a 1/3 acre lot when you can get 6.382 acres for house, barn, horses or whatever you want. We bought this land planning on building our dream home but then we got relocated out of state for job and decided to let it go for someone else to build their dream on since we don't know if or when we will move back.
