We have limited the number of people to one (1) since it is on a septic and has a shared well. This is to help limit water usage. If you are interested, it would be helpful for you to say a little about yourself (like how you meet our requirements). You can tell us things such as the breed of dog if any, maybe how long you have been on your job, helpful things like that. it would be good to include a contact number. Feel free to text me about your situation if that is easier. Please don't just request a tour, and please ONLY respond if you fit the criteria for this rental. (One person, Non-Smoker, dog if you have one must be indoor house-trained, No Cat, etc) 1 bedroom, 2 bath Single Wide Mobile Home (shingle/vinyl). Has split system in the living room for heat/AC. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. The bedroom has two closets and one is a walk in. Kitchen and main bath have lots of cabinets, there are cabinets above the laundry area, so there is lots of storage space. Kitchen includes refrigerator and a glass top stove. The home is on a private lot on a small horse farm. The farm is located at the end of a private gravel road, so there is only personal traffic. The home has a deck (the deck has dwarf wisteria growing around the rail, very pretty in summer). It's a peaceful country setting with nice mountain view. You can spot wildlife such as rabbits, deer grazing etc. Horse privileges possible for the right person. (The McDowell Saddle & Bridle club is only about 1/2 a mile away). Great living in the country, but only a mile from McDowell Tech, gas and food. Easy access to I 40 (exit 86) which is about a mile away. This unit is for only one (1) person (Non-Smoker) Owner supplies septic and water. Rental includes yard maintenance (mowing/weed eating). Renter is responsible for electric/power service, and the power must be in the renter's name. Absolutely Non-Smoker Only. No smoking inside or outside (this includes vaping). We do not want to smell any kind of smoke around our farm/home. Animals/pets limited to one (1) Adult, Indoor "House Trained", Spayed/Neutered Dog, on approval depending on breed. (Dog, (large or small) must be on a leash while outside. There is no fenced yard). No dog tied/chained up outside. No Cats. There are some farm cats outside you can make friends with if you'd like.
