The open living area features a comfortable plush sofa and armchairs with clean lines and classic silhouettes, centered around a stylish coffee table. The large wall of windows fills the space with natural light, offering a glimpse of the East End. Adjacent to the living area, a dining space with a mid-century dining table and chairs creates an ideal setting for meals. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with modern stainless steel appliances and streamlined cabinetry, allowing for convenient meal preparation while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. The loft's bedroom has an industrial feel, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, authentic mid-century nightstands, and a dresser. A large closet is available both inside and immediately outside the bedroom. The bathroom is sleek and modern, with a walk-in shower, a vanity with ample storage, and well-placed lighting. Throughout the unit, bold artwork and decor create a cohesive and stylish environment. As part of the ApartHotel experience, you can access various amenities, including a fitness center, communal lounge areas, and laundry facilities. The unit also includes an assigned parking area. The comfort or rights of neighbors must not be interfered with, including loud music or disturbances. Parties are not allowed on the premises, and quiet hours are from 8 pm to 9 am. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the unit or on the property. No pets are allowed without written permission. The minimum age to rent is 25. Guests must return all keys, fobs, or garage access cards upon leaving the rental and comply with all trash recycling regulations. No parking is allowed on premises except in permitted areas. Guests must notify management immediately upon discovering water leaks and maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the unit. Long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs for the unit but must leave all installed light bulbs when vacating. Drinks should not be placed on furniture surfaces, and coasters are provided to prevent damage. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people are allowed to stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. Guests must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival and pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to their fault or actions. If any damage is found in the unit, guests will be expected to cover replacement costs.
