    Very well built brick home with full basement in Cliffside area. This house is an estate and is being sold AS-IS. It has a metal roof and double pane vinyl windows, but the majority of the house has not been updated in a good while. All the appliances stay. House has 2 nice bedrooms and full hall bathroom with tub/shower. Most of the house has vinyl flooring, but there are nice hardwoods floors in both bedrooms. Owners not sure if hardwoods under other flooring or not. There is access from upstairs to the unfinished basement. There are two rooms in the basement and actually one room has duct work in it, but is basically four walls with a nice wood stove that will also convey.
