Room details

The room: on the second floor of the unit with private bathroom and walk in closet. It can come furnished or unfurnished with a full size bed, night stand and desk.
Me: I work on Education Fellowships for a nonprofit near Judiciary Square and primarily work from home. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, crafting, music, dancing at queer spaces, concerts, theater and I recently started watching reality TV (Love Island UK fans?). I'm also passionate and engaged in community-building outside of my 9-5. I've lived at this unit for a year and absolutely love the location, and the condo. My current roommate is moving back to their home state, so I'm looking for a responsible, easygoing person to share this "adult" living space with.
I am 34, Queer and local. I am open to age gap roomates, my current roommate is 10 years younger than me and my previous roommate was 10 years my senior. I have had a great experience living with both of them.
The DMV is home for me and I already have a strong community but I love meeting new people. I like being social with the people I live with, outside of our bedrooms and bathrooms the rest of the house is shared. You will be more than welcome to access everything.
