Located on the French Broad River, walking distance to the Appalachian Trail and Downtown Hot Springs. Back patio has a wood burning fire place, hot tub and sauna. During Hurricane Helene we did have minor flooding in the house, but the waters retreated quickly, leaving minimal damage. This is the only time this house has ever flooded since being built in 1906. Home has been used as a short term rental since 2006. Sold as is.
