The home has four remolded bathrooms, upgraded kitchen with new cabinets and quartz counter tops, new appliances, all new interior paint, new wood plank flooring, new fixtures, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, new furniture, and an unbeatable view! There are two bedrooms and an office in the main house. The third bedroom is in the private casita. There is a natural gas allowance of $300 per 30 day rental (prorated at $10 per day if longer than 30 day stay). If guest goes over the allowance, the guest if responsible for the difference. There is a electricity allowance of $450 per 30 day rental (prorated at $15 per day if longer than 30 day stay). If guest goes over the allowance, the guest is responsible for the difference.
