There is a large under-stairs "Harry Potter" type closet that provides excellent extra storage or a great pantry under the main stairs near. . Upstairs, a large master suite has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to let the breeze in. Hardwood floors, beamed ceiling, a vented natural gas heater, and great windows for natural light complete the room. Plenty of room for a King bed, chairs, vanity, end tables and dresser. The room leads through a walk-through closet with built-ins into the master bath. The master bath has double sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a pull up shower sprayer nozzle, but no stand-up shower. A door leads into the next full bathroom, which has a stand-up shower, and also its own door to the hallway (it could be used as an extension of the master, or separate guest bathroom; the door between both bathrooms locks). There is a laundry chute from the master bathroom to the laundry room below. . At the end of the hallway are two more bedrooms. One is a large bedroom, with 2 closets, a skylight, and a beamed ceiling. It also has entry to a storage space (like an attic, only floor level, above the living room). The other room is a smaller room, with a single closet, built in bookshelves, and beamed ceilings (perfect for a home office or can be used as another kids' room). Both of these bedrooms have individual gas heaters. Each story has its own separate water heater. . The property has a large fenced outdoor space. The front yard has natural-looking long astroturf that therefore stays green all year, a gate from the street and a gate from the driveway. The front door opens onto the cul-de-sac, with just 4 other houses on the street. The front yard flows into a side yard with oak trees, space for seating or play, a compost bin, and another gate to the main street. This then connects to the back walk, which has a path leading to the back patio, which you can also access through a sliding glass door from the kitchen/dining room. A storage shed in the back is perfect for tools or gardening equipment. Patio is perfect for a gas fire pit and an evening sit. . A one-car garage, with built in storage shelves and attic space, connects by a door to the patio and a door into the main house.
