The home is an older home, so I am selling for cash. When I bought the home, the closing was done in a local attorney's office. The past deeds and all were brought forward and abstracted. I was pleased with the service and knowledge the attorney and his staff displayed, so I intend to close in the same attorney's office if there are no objections.
