850 square foot 1 bedroom apartment on high floor of a luxury building, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the marina and Statue of Liberty. The building is located in a prime Paulus Hook location, 1 block from the waterfront, near many restaurants and coffee shops, and has a pharmacy and pizza place attached to the building. Garage parking is also available. We're looking for someone to take over our lease through March 2023. The amenity fee has already been paid (apx. $70 value/month) through the lease. Amenities include gym, pool, golf simulator, co-working space, roof deck with grills. We locked in a low rent when we signed the lease last year, but are moving so are looking for somebody to finish out the lease. Move in date flexible, but needs to be before July 1.
