I have been staying at Harbor Point apartments for the last 1 year and am in love with the apartments and their location. I am looking for someone to rent the apartment as a new lease since I will be moving. The apartment is ideal for graduate students, early professionals, and even small families, wanting to live in a stress-free area next to the ocean, with abundant space, and without paying the hefty prices of downtown Boston. The biggest benefit of living here is in being right next to a tranquil cove of the Boston Harbor system. The second biggest benefit is the vibrant and diverse community that promotes being outdoors, playing tennis on the two courts, frisbee, cricket, going for a run, or grilling food. The apartment complex is connected via a oceanside parkway to Carson beach (1 mile away) and Pleasure Bay (2.5 miles away). The apartment is a 5-10 min walking distance away from an elementary school, middle school, high school, and a university. The closest T-station is the Red Line at JFK/UMass, about a 10 min walk away. I hope you enjoy your time here as much as I did.
