Searching for a new home in 2015, somewhat discouraged & frustrated by a limited & competitive market, they happened upon 35 Grandview Ave #2. In their wildest dreams, they never thought they would find a 3-bedroom space in an old stone CASTLE w/ an enormous private deck looking out over the city. For 9 yrs, they have lived in this beautiful spot, taken inspiration for their highly sought-after ceramics, enjoyed long walks with their dog through Lawrence estates, the Middlesex Fells Reservation, or into Medford Sq., & sat quietly on their deck, taking in the ever-changing sky. When it got hot outside, they simply jumped in the pool to cool down.
