The camp is furnished with quality beds and appliances. Plenty of room on the lot for other RV's, too. The boat launch and beach are approximately 250 ft away. Who doesn't want a warm and beautiful fire at the end of the day? The fire pit is ready, and it is designed so that you can mow over it! There is an upstairs space waiting for someone to finish off and provide more sleeping space for the entire family. A private spring and septic, a washer and dryer and dishwasher make life at camp easy. How many camps have an attached garage? This one does, as well as, lots of storage. This is on OWNED land. The owners have taken excellent care of the camp and made improvements for over the 20 years they have owned and loved the camp. A lawn tractor and wagon are negotiable.
