Also, 5% of all housefires and forest fires are caused by smokers, so you naturally pay more because you are a higher risk tenant. This upcharge does not apply to vapers. Q - What are your pet policies? A - No Pets! Q - I'm thinking that I will just lie to you about smoking, pets, or which people will actually be living in the house. Do you think that I can get away with it? A - If you are caught doing so then it will trigger an immediate eviction once discovered.
