The house has central AC and hot water baseboard heating over natural gas. A Vermont Castings wood stove provides additional heat potential. There is an electrified and heated 12 x 16 outbuilding with storage attic and attached 8 x 8 garden storage lean-to. A deck is on two sides. A second 8 x 8 outbuilding is electrified and has an attached chicken coop and run. Water is provided from two shallow wells. One well supplies the house and a second supplies an irrigation system for gardens and grounds.
