Only one pet is allowed at a time. No smoking indoors please. I am seeking a responsible person who is a good communicator as I live far away. I have local people who help care for the property. I look forward to an easy, conscious relationship with a reliable, cleanly renter who will care for the property well. My responsibilities as a landlord will also taken care of reliably. I charge a monthly fee of $50.00 a month for maintenance of the well water filtration system, and septic system. The non-refundable pet deposit, if relevant, is $300.
