1 bedroom available in a 5 bed 2 bath in the heart of Jamaica Plain to be sublet from July 1st to August 31st. Located on a quiet side street with friendly neighbors, it's a 5 minute walk from the Stony Brook T stop on the orange line and several major bus lines, and under 5 minutes to Whole Foods and Centre St. The house has a decent sized backyard, a nice balcony, two full bathrooms, living room, large kitchen with dishwasher, driveway access/ample street parking, a large storage unit, and coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. Rent is $500/month and monthly utilities are $75-150. We don't require a security deposit or any other fees. Who would you be living with? 4 men in our late 20's and early 30's who have been living together for a few years now. We are all reasonably clean and try to maintain a space that is inclusive and respectful. Our house is full of plants and art and we all enjoy cooking quite a bit. We drink responsibly and are also 420 friendly. This is not a party house but we are often having a friend or two over, and during the summer enjoy a good bbq. We have a friendly relationship amongst ourselves and love watching movies and shows together, cooking group meals from time to time, sharing silly moments, and hanging with our downstairs neighbors in the backyard. We have one friendly cat named Earl but are not looking for additional pets, sorry. Ideally we are looking for folks of a similar age, lifestyle and mindset. People that enjoy a sense of community, will clean up after themselves, and can communicate and respect boundaries in a mature way.
